Better here than in 1 condensed September ACT thread.

I don’t even wanna talk about that… section -_-

This was my first and final time taking the ACT, as I am now a senior, and I hope to god they curve that science test at least to 50%. That test was abnormally hard and all my friends who have taken it before me say the ACT science portion is super easy. There was material that I have never heard of, and the amount of time to understand what some of the questions were even asking me would have been the whole 35 minutes each.

I’m really quite ****ed because the math portion was maybe 8th grade level (I am in AP calc BC) and yet the science was FARR beyond anything I’ve ever learned.

Yeh, I felt it was unfair for those who haven’t taken AP bio. God, I am so glad my counselor suggested it, phew.

The only passage that gave me real trouble was the one with rays and reflecting glass. You didn’t need more than regular chemistry and biology to get through this test.

It was TERRIBLE! I had been taking practice science tests and was only missing 3 or 4 questions, but then I got to that Science Reasoning yesterday and DIED.
