I found myself in a bit of trouble here unfortunately, I piled up my prerequisites in my first semester (calculus, statistics and my W course). I need an average of a "B" for various reasons. But I am now doing absolutely brutal in my written and stats courses with about a C in both. Due primarily investing all my time to get "A" grades in calculus. We have completed 50% of the work for my written course and 46% of the work for my statistic class. I really don't know if I should drop one, both or just stick it out? I don't want to take a "C" either, I've never withdrew from a course before how much does this effect me?

If you get an A in Calc, a C in one class, and a B in another you’ll have a B average.

Assuming this is an intro writing class, you shouldn’t be getting a C. Talk to the professor, do the assignments at least a day before they’re due, and then take them into the writing center to be edited. Better yet, go to your professor’s office hours and have him correct the paper since the professor knows exactly what he’s looking for.

This is true, so you’re suggesting to keep both classes? There is writing resources on campus. But my prof is a stubborn one and doesn’t help with papers, due to the class being a geology W course and not a English writing course.

I don’t know if I would just walk into a Professor’s office hours expecting him or her to edit a whole paper for me. I think an e-mail requesting this would probably be better, but that’s just me. But certainly, take it to the writing resources. Another pair of eyes that know what they are looking for can do wonders for a paper.
