<p>So, bear with me as I'm doing a great deal of venting right now. </p>
<p>If anyone can help me with this question of ethics, I'd greatly appreciate it.</p>
<p>If a relative working in a school's admissions office were able to secure you admissions regardless of your credentials (or lack thereof), would this in any way be considered ethical? </p>
<p>Here's an excerpt from this person's "acceptance letter":</p>
<p>"I talked to the director of transfer admissions this morning, Ive got you all set, shell admit you!!!</p>
<p>She said even with the 15 credits and the low high school GPA, shell admit you for the summer/fall semester.</p>
<p>She said to apply and dont pay the application fee. </p>
<p>She said for me to let her know when you submit your application so she can put your name aside and handle it so no one else gets it."</p>
