Seriously...There is no way a person could survive in college without decent food...

Don’t get me wrong or anything… I’m not a fat nerd that plays games all day long…

Campus life is important, but I seriously see no rankings for these types of stuff in the real world. So its really up to the students or people who have been there that will be able to tell me these things.

Tell me… who has a better food choice??
maybe POST links and pictures…

My preference:

 1. Chinese/Japanese — RICE !!! — A key to my survival. I’m sorry for being too Asian
 2. American — Burger
 3. ??? — Ramen

So… The following method of posting is probably going to be un organized and messy… so… lets make it a bit formal…

3 choices or schools with or without links and make a comment on how bad or great it is

copy and paste the ones from above you and give credit
have fun!

There are rankings for campus food. Virginia Tech and Colombia are consistently top 3, but that’s all I know. I think USNews does them.

i totally agree with you! rice is a MUST for me when i eat dinner… i think other foods, i’m ok with, but without rice, i be begging to go home… i would also miss my mom soup a lot…

sorry… the reason that i posted is because i wasnt able to find it…

The campus food ranking is done by the Princeton Review.

thats my asian brother lol

They will have all of this type of food at pretty much any college… no need to have rankings for that.

Bowdoin has AMAZING food! :)

^Yes! I’m a little biased seeing as I’m from Maine, but College of the Atlantic needs to be up on that list too. For 3 or 4 years they were ranked #1, but for some reason slipped. All of the food is organic and locally grown, the students prepare the food (which might seem like a negative to some, but trust me, they know how to cook).

As for your specific requests, I’m 95% positive that most schools will have rice, hamburgers and ramen; when you first posted, I thought you were going to be a gourmet who demands foie gras at every meal. If you attend college in a city, there are always going to be places around were your personal tastes can be met. If all else fails then you could just cook some of your own food.

My favorite college food is definitely Annie’s mac and cheese. :)

Rice, burgers, and instant noodles? Lol, you don’t exactly have to go to a culinary arts school to find these dishes.

true but seriously… I need some quality food to survive…burger was an exaggeration of American…I would very well prefer a steak over a burger anytime
