Sexual Orientation Thread

LOL crazy girls who want you to be their baby daddy? I’m not on it anymore, my ex paid for the pill and everything so it was cool. I would never lie to him about whether I took it or not. BTW, if I was guy I wouldn’t have sex with someone I don’t trust. Poking holes on condoms … lol that’s so silly, yet probably true.

^ Soooo true happycowlover.
But one thing, I think, actually AIDS is still more prevalent in the gay community. It’s just that black females have crazy rates of infection, so eventually, it will be the most prevalent among them.

I think conception leads to a lot more for a girl, who’s the one with the blastula/zygote/fetus/baby-to-be inside of her, the one who must make the decisions about abortion, adoption, or keeping the child, the one who (statistically) deals with the greatest amount of guilt if she chooses the first too, and the one who (again, statistically) is much more likely to take on the brunt of the burden of raising the child if she keeps it. You might say guys have the options of sticking with the girl and raising the child or paying child support, but a lot of guys choose to completely ignore it. If girls completely ignore it, they’ll give birth.

OMG, evolutionary psychology.

Half of it (that we encounter at least) is pop psych, and a lot of it is not true in societies where men do not fully support women.

Eg: Based on evol. psych, men prefer women with hour glass shapes. However, the ideal of female beauty in America is much skinnier and straighter than that. B/c the ideal based on evol. psych. only works in societies where women are supported by men.

I saw this insane statistic that like 1/5 or 1/4 of gay people who know they have AIDS are having unprotected sex with random people. That seriously makes me ashamed and disgusted. But it gives you another way of looking at the data. If you are with responsible, educated, and to be blunt not poor people these numbers don’t reflect your risk.

Milancad - This is what I am talking about. As a girl you are in control of the situation. Like smile said she wasn’t going to lie to her boyfriend cause she didn’t want a baby. However some girls (and a lot more than you would realize) want a baby and want to “catch” this guy. So they lie, poke holes, etc. How is a guy supposed to decipher who is lying? It’s impossible. Therefore he as at her mercy and not in control. This is where the fear comes from.

Yeah I know this stuff is crazy. Talking about the fact that men commit more crime because in fact women like it. Maybe that’s why you see the bad motorcycle guys with hot chicks. Some girls love that instinctive agression. I do think some of it is pretty sick though. Like apparently woman are instinctively pervertedly attracted to rapists that they catch in the act. Or something to that extent.

BTW, hour glass shape > skinny models. The media loves anorexic girls but I’d be willing to bet most American men prefer a girl with some assets and meat.

Then why wouldn’t you just not have sex? Just find someone who you can trust.
And when is she around your condoms so much that she can steal them and stab holes in them? If I was freaked out about my gf finding my condoms, poking holes in them, and trapping me with a baby I never wanted for the rest of my life, I would keep my condoms far, far away from her, and only pull them out just before intercourse.
The % of teens who want to have babies is highly skewed by groups (mostly poor and minority) where a lot, as many as 25% of girls, want children soon. If you’re mostly dealing with middle+ class girls, it shouldn’t be that big of an issue.

^ So guys don’t **** poor chicks? haha

Yeah. There’s this great pic from a British mag where the female’s ideal woman, male’s ideal woman, and national average are shown. The male ideal is 2 sizes bigger and way closer to the national average. I think, converted to American sizes, the female ideal was a size 2-4, the male ideal was a 6 or 8, and the average was a 10 or 12.

I thought this thread was about LGBT folks not malicious girls and horny guys. LOL

malicious girls and horny guys are the best

As I said earlier, I’m over that stage in my life where I’m willing to get anything I can. I regret it and have moved on. I’m not having sex with anyone anymore unless she’s a longterm girlfriend I can trust.

“^ So guys don’t **** poor chicks? haha”

Actually no, guys usually aren’t gold diggers. I really don’t care at all how much money a girl has as long as she is hot, not a bit$$, intelligent, and trustworthy.

To stay on-topic, do you guys know any gay people? A family member, friend, classmate, stranger you always see while walking to the bus stop?

^My best friend’s brother is gay. He’s hella cool.

I know quite a few gay and bi people. Two of my sister’s friends are gay. Three of the girls with whom I ski are gay. Two lesbians ride my bus. A friend’s mother and stepmother are female partners. There are quite a few gay guys in my classes. And so on. You never really think about it, it’s just whatever.
It’s pretty accepted at my school, so people are usually out. The only times you’ll ever hear anyone say anything negative is when ignorant 7th graders forget their place and open their mouths. 7th graders are always quickly told to shut up though. Our “cutest couple” a few years ago was composed of two lesbians.

I’m sort of kidding about 7th graders having a place, but really, no one likes them. Their the freshmen of our school, except smaller and less sophisticated.

Wow! This thread has progressed! lol I always miss things when I do my homework:/

"Wow! This thread has progressed! lol I always miss things when I do my homework:/ "

LOL @ having to do homework already. I’m still in the summer mode.

BTW, I go to a Catholic all guys school so it’s weird. Most people in the school are homophobic. I know some people who I think are gay but they haven’t like come out of the closet. And, in general I don’t consider the Baltimore area very open to that type of stuff so it’s limited. However, you see a lot when you go to D.C.

I wish I had a gay guy best friend… Sorry if that’s taken as stereotypical but I do! sigh
There are literally dozens upon dozens of lesbians at my school and only two gay guys that I know of and a handful of bi people. I think my school is a lesbian magnet (not saying that’s a bad thing, I totally believe in gay rights but sometimes it makes me uncomfortable as a straight girl since I’m always wondering if they’re checking me out).

There aren’t any “everyone knows” openly gay guys at my school, but me and a a few others I know of are out among friends. This is really the #1 reason I want to go to college in a city.
