Im trying to decide between School of Foreign Service and the Watson Institute at Brown. If i went to Brown I think I'd double major in IR and economics. Which is better?
Also, when I was at Brown, they told me 98% of graduates get into one of their top three choices for business school. Does anyone know the number for georgetown?

Georgetown is right there in the action in Washington, DC where the whole diplomatic, intelligence and homeland security apparatus of the country is located as well as the major think tanks and NGOs. If you really are interested in IR, as in you might want to make a career in the field, rather than just study it, Georgetown SFS is the place to go.

Good grades from Georgetown will get you into your choice of top B-Schools. Among my four roommates and me, we had acceptances at Columbia, Wharton, Chicago, NYU, and Michigan(as well as law school at Penn and Georgetown and PHd history programs at Berkeley and Chicago ) and we were not at the top of the class and might have even been around 60th percentile people.

okay thanks. that helps out a lot!
