Hi everyone!
I have a college record littered with withdrawals and petty disciplinary marks. But I have learned from my mistakes, and have been absolutely focused for the past year. Sadly, my school found reasons to bring year old past offences back under the spotlight, and have suspended me indefinitely. I have no money for lawyers or legal backlash, so I am basically just swallowing the ruling and trying to start my education somewhere else, fresh and free from this oppressive record. my HS grades were great, 2100 on my SAT

-In short: Is there a way to gain admission to another school without showing the overblown disciplinary marks my past school branded me with??
or is my transcript going to blacklist me until the day i die?

I am a SUNY student hoping to start fresh in a CUNY school.
Thank you!, your responses are much appreciated.
