Should AP Score Reports Be Sent to All the Colleges I Apply To?

I have taken 8 AP exams, and I'm taking three more classes this year. Do I need to send the AP score report to each of the colleges I'm applying to? I'm applying to a lot of colleges because I'm going to have to have great financial aid and scholarships to be able to go.

I know some people have said, "No, you don't need to," but I'm concerned because I'm a homeschooler and a National AP Scholar and I don't know if they'll believe that without the report. It is on my resume and transcript. It's just going to be incredibly hard for us to afford to send all those reports.

Any thoughts?

No... really not necessary... colleges take students at their word for APs.

Even for HSers - they will beleive it. Even for schooled kids it is often just their word, because not all schools put the scores on the transcript.

There is no risk to the schools, BTW, since if you lie about it, you will be recinded.

You self-report your AP scores although when you took your exam, you could have designated a college to send it to. My guidance counselor and my college counselor have told me that you send your AP score reports from College Board after you get in.
