Should both be submitted if a school superstores even if it doesn't raise composite score?

DD has 35 and 34 composites on ACTs.
The 35 composite test from July is: English:36, Math: 35 Reading 33 Science:34
The 34 composite test is from April: English: 36 Math: 33 Reading: 36 Science 31

The 34 test has a 36 in Reading but lower math and science scores so wondering whether she should send both tests or just the 35 composite? She will be applying for a STEM major.Thank you

It raises the composite from the lowest possible 35 (34.5] to the highest possible 35 (35.25).

Given the lack of granularity in ACT scores, I believe adcomms do treat those differently. From the SAT concordance, it’s effectively the difference between a 1530 and a 1560.

And even if they don’t, it’s not going to hurt.

So possible upside, no downside - I’d send both.

For top colleges, the Composite is almost meaningless. It’s the subscores.

If applying to schools that superscore, she can send both and the adcoms will find the highest scores in each section.

E36, M35, R36, S34. Not bad at all. Don’t worry about concordance. Instead, make sure you get the rest of the picture of what will matter to her specific targets and understand how the parts of the app contribute to the whole picture she presents.

Thank you @RichInPitt and @lookingforward. You have been very helpful. I will advise her to send both scores!
