<p>I am applying to SUNY Stony Brook, and they don't have neuroscience, which is what I really wanted to pursue for undergrad. I'm planning on working hard at SBU for a year, and transfering to a better school in fall 2010 under either a scholarship or some money I've saved for college. Should I apply as undeclared or biology, which would be my next choice to neuroscience? If I apply as a bio major, would I be able to change to neuro when I transfer or should I just stick to undeclared to make it easier for the transfer process?</p>
