Should I apply for summer '09?

I need some help. I am debating whether to apply for the summer semester as a transfer. The reason is because I will be majoring in engineering and I will need to have completed ENGR 111 and 112 before I am admitted to upper-level MEEN courses.

Does anyone know where I could take an equivilent to ENGR 111 and 112? Neither of the community colleges near me have the courses that are equivilant.

If you take a programming course equivalent to CPSC 110, 203 or 206, and a computer-aided graphics course equivalent to ENDG 105, they can be substituted for the CBK courses ENGR 111 and ENGR 112.

If you go the Texas Common Course Numbering System website (tccns.org), you can look up the common course number and find out what Texas schools offer that course.

ENDG 105 (TAMU) = ENGR 1204 (TCCNS)
CPSC203 = COSC 1317
CPSC 206 = COSC 1420

Thank-you for your reply. Yes, I did read that. But, unfortuntantly the CC's around me don't have those classes. I didn't know if anyone was in the same situation before. I will be visiting A&M next weekend so I think I will talk to an advisor.
