Should I apply to Cornell university ?

SO I have the GPA and I am pretty certain I can get the ACT or SAT scores for Cornell but I just want to ask, what are the good side of the university? Is it a good place for students who are undecided (STEM field tho)? What is the student life like?
I also wanted to ask, is it okay to have a few Bs here and there since it is a very selective school? I just want general information from cornell students.

Oh also, do they give scholarships and financial aid well? Since my family CANNOT afford it at all.
