my question is, should i apply?

You should apply if you really want to come to UNC, but realistically your ACT is too low for you to be considered as a strong applicant.

You can always try. there may be something they really like. but looking at numbers, you're pretty low for UNC OOS.

how are you top 15% if your ACT is 22?

i mean i am in the top 15% in my class. and 3.925 GPA doesnt mean i have to have like a 30 on the ACT.

thats like 60th percentile duude

deciding whether or not to apply should be based more on how much you like the school, rather than how much you think the admissions deans will like you.

...unless your app/resume is just sooooo bad that it's a waste of time and money. I don't think you're at that level, despite the fact that you do hav some things to improve and add... it's probably too late now, so I'd just work w/ what you have right now....

don't let that stop you though
