So I am a freshman in high school at the moment, and I have all A's with this schedule:
English honors
Geometry honors
Geography honors
Biology honors
Spanish 2 level (worried about this not being "rigorous" enough)
AP Human Geo
health and pe (1 year required)
my gpa is 4.0/4.7

I play academy and odp soccer, which are the two highest levels of youth play in the country, and this is my biggest pride in terms of sizing myself up for college apps. I am very interested in the medical field, and have applied to a medical volunteer program with a 1 year training program. I will interview this spring prior to the final decisions. I have also applied to a the Georgetown Summer Medical Institute for this coming break. There is a new biotechnology club starting next semester, and I'm planning on joining that one. I also write short stories, and have submitted four of them to the scholastic art and writing awards this year, awaiting decisions.
I know that it is too early for me to be seriously worried about college applications, but everywhere I look people are talking about how difficult it is to find a good school with a place for you. I am not prestige obsessed, but I want a quality pre medical education at a school that I like. I put a lot of thought into this whole thing, and am worried that I am lacking school involvement, or significant extracurricular activities. Everything I do, I do it because I love it (I've been writing and playing soccer since I was 7) so I understand that my choices should be centered around my interests and not what adcoms want to see.
If anyone could give me some pointers, that would be great.
