Okay so I took the US and Math Level 1 SAT II's this past saturday. I felt pretty confident about the US (probably 720+), but I really REALLY screwed up on the math. Whenever I took practice Kaplan tests, i'd only omit 3 or 4, so that would give me aruond a 750. But on saturday, I omitted 7, and think I got one or two wrong, which would put me well below 700. Considering that this is supposed to be an easy test, and considering the fact that I got a 740 on the math portion of the regular SAT, do you think it would make sense for me to cancel? I don't want colleges to see the discrepancy and think I cheated or something.

If I were to cancel I'd take the Physics in lieu of the Math, but would retake the US History. So what do you think?

P.S., I'm applying to relatively selective LAC's, like Wesleyan and Vassar.

if those colleges allow score choice, I would definitely keep your scores since you can just choose not to send your math score in

Should I send MATH IIC and CHEM score if they are >700??

By the way, if they don’t allow score choice, they might end up only wanting one math test like some of the Ivies. Then, just send a Math 2. But, score choice will help you a lot if those schools allow you to use it. Oh ya, you could always retake the Math I/
@PhuongNguyen Depends, what’s your major? How many SAT 2’s have you taken? What did you get on those tests? Where are you applying to? Give some general info first man. :D

Thanks guys.

Well, Wesleyan says they allow score choice, but HIGHLY RECOMMEND that all scores be sent in, so I don’t exactly know what to make of that. And I haven’t taken pre-calc (just trig/alg II) so I don’t think I’ll be taking that. Do most colleges want a Math subject test?

Anyone else have any advice?
