Should I contact the admissions people?

So I've been taking a very rigorous foreign language course and University of Massachusetts and it heavily factors in to what I want to study at UPenn. The coordinator of the class wrote a letter and was going to send it but she got it mixed up with the letter for another high school student applying to college. We only figured it out yesterday. I'm worried the admissions people won't know about this class even though its heavily implied in my application.

Should I email the people directly? Hope that it all works out? I'm worried if I mail the letter again it won't go in time.

Thanks for your help!

Your best option is to call them so that you can discuss the issue right away. Email is far too slow and if you really want to make sure everything is ok then calling is your best bet

Make a phone call
