should i continue full ib and what of my chances?

i'm currently a senior with 35 cas hours, .01% of EE (i have the topic)
and full ib classes loaded
IB : TOK, Math Sl 2, English 2(hl), topics(hl), Physics 2(hl), Spanish 2 (sl), Psychology 1(sl)

is full ib that helpful?, I'm not going to drop any of my classes as i should be able to do well in them, but i don't think i can finish CAS at this rate, and if i cant finish, there's no real point in doing EE

should i continue with full IB, and can you read below also

I have currently a 3.3 weighted GPA from last year, this year i will do better, so I'm guessing at ~3.(5-7) this year
I got an 1860 on sat, and a 27 on act, i know there low and i've been studying so I hope i get 2k+ sat and 30 + on act

i might get an OK recommendation from my teachers, my family is very poor however I'm Chinese (I'll be first in family to go to college, parents completed up to middle school in china) I've helped out at the restaurant my mom works at since 6th grade as cashier.

I've done ~400 hours of community service and should be able to get a good recommendation from my supervisor.

so
what do you guys think of my chances of getting into any decent colleges? (schools like Virginia Tech or UVA, please post any other schools in this range if you know of them)
any advise also?

I have similar stats with a higher SAT.
No responses to my request yet. I do not think I have much chance at getting into UVA.
I dropped IB after soph year and took all APs. But I did poorly on grades, I got mostly 5s on the AP exams, but I understand the colleges really don’t look at the AP scores. It is a real shame, because a teacher can give you any grade they choose, but an AP score tells what you really did.
I am concentrating on the next tier, JMU, tech, UMW, Richmond.
If you have gone this far in IB, I would stay. If you are on pace to get the IB diploma, the colleges will probably view your 3.3 better than my 3.3.

ah i had a 3.3 because during 8th grade took algebra got a c+, 1 point away from B, and bombed 2 Spanish classes and a class called “success Prep” during freshman and sophomore year and straight d’s through math sl1. I had 2.8 during freshman, 3.1 sophomore, and an 3.3 junior (all weighted)

i never really have anyone telling me how to go through high school (my parents and relatives never made it through high school in china, with near 0 English) and only recently received a good amount of advice. I only realize

I’ve feel I’ve matured over the summer and have kicked off my tendency to slack off so if i get all As or A-s (A- should not be too difficult) , i will have 8 classes of 5.0 or 4.7 to bring up my GPA a little

although i really need some advice on whether or not i should continue on IB, as i feel i might not be able to finish it as i plan on doing ~10 hours a week on volunteering and i feel applying for colleges and studying for sat, act, and about 4 or 5 ib tests will might kill all my time

Spanish 1,2,3, IB1, IB2
English 9, pre ib 10, IB1, IB2
Math, algebra, geometry, algebra 2, IB sl1, IBsl2
Bio, preib physics, preib chem, ibsl1 chem 1, ib psyc 1, IbHL phiscs 2

do you guys think full ib is worth it? i feel the classes have really improved me, but i donno if the diploma itself will help me much
