Should I drop my art class?

This is my first semester in college and I'm taking 5 classes, dropping this one will not affect my full time student status. The teacher expects too much from this art class and I'm not an artist or anything. So should I drop my art class and receive a "W" or stay there and either get a "B" or "C". Keep in mind tht I don't need this class to transfer and this class is not related to my major. I don't really want to get anything lower than a 4.0 for the first semester. Here are my questions:
Does it look bad on my transcript?
How will it affect my financial aid?

Lol, if you get a B its not the worst thing in the world, especially if it’s not important for your major. The world will not shatter if you don’t have a 4.0.

If that class is too time consuming and you don’t feel like trying it out, then sure, drop it.

I wouldn’t worry about your transcript and you’d have to ask your school about financial aid…how would we know?

Federal Financial Aid requires a “full-time” schedule. This varies from school to school.

Just drop the class, you don’t want to get stuck doing something you really don’t like or something that you didn’t expect.
