I just uploaded my resume to my UChicago account which is really late, but I was waiting to complete one of the more important projects so that I could add it on there. My resume is far different than my CommonApp and provides a more dedicated perspective towards the major I intend to pursue. I’m not sure if the admissions officer for my region has already finished making a decision on my application. Should I email him? If he gets notified when someone uploads new materials, then that’s great, because I don’t want him to overlook my resume.
In general, it would be better to turn your materials in on time, and then email with any late breaking additional accomplishments when they happen (for future reference). You can email to confirm they have it, but I wouldn’t necessarily insist on getting an answer st this time of year.
Don’t sweat. They only start reviewing next week
