Should I enter uci as undeclared?

I was recently accepted into UCI. The problem is, I had applied as a biological sciences major with no alternative. They accepted me as an undeclared major. Should I enter in anyway and hope they can change my major soon to biological sciences? Will this cause getting my major to take longer? And I want to specify in something specific I'm just not sure what yet. I want to go on in the medical field as a pediatrician but I'm interested in subjects such as biomedical engineering before I enter med school, but I want to specify in a science I know I'll love. Can I at least enter as undeclared and try to get my major changed, and if I can't get it changed at UCI because science is so impacted, do I have a good chance of transferring to another UC that will give me my major junior year?(I was also accepted to cal state long beach, Fullerton, poly Pomona, ucsb, and they all gave me the major I wanted) what should I do? UCI Is my first choice but now that I might not be able to enter as a science major and it may delay getting my major I'm not sure what to do.

You don’t have to major in biology or biomedical engineering to take the pre-med courses.

I know I don’t, but that’s what I want a degree in and what I’m interested in so I want to know if there is a good chance of changing my major to that if I enter in as undeclared

You can change to whatever major pretty easily at UCI.
