Should I even bother applying to Stern?

I just realized that I may be interested in a career in business/consulting/finance this year and I really want to apply to Stern. But, I have like no business related extracurriculars like FBLA and whatnot - mine are more science and leadership oriented. And, I got a B in AP Microeconomics and College Linear Algebra this year…how will this affect my chances of getting into Stern (where they like quantitative, math-y people who already know what they want to do)?
Would it be a good idea to apply for CAS instead, keep good grades in classes like Calc, Economics, etc.(if accepted) and attempt to transfer in later?
Thanks so much!
