Should I Get an MBA via Work Program at a Small University?

I currently attend a small university, Pensacola Christian College, as an undergraduate Computer Information Systems major. I will be a senior next year, and I am very interested in pursuing an MBA. Pensacola has an MBA program, and a work program that allows you to pay for the MBA by working at the university, mostly in lower level management positions. Although I want the MBA, I do not desire the debt most programs bring with them, which is why I am interested in my school's MBA work program. However, I have heard concerns about getting a degree at the same school as my undergrad, and concerns about getting it at a small school. I appreciate any insight on this!

I don’t think it’s worth it. What would you do with it? What would you do otherwise?
