<p>I know it all "depends", but would someone with a B/B+ average in all AP/honors classes at a very competitive public high school generally stand a chance of getting in, w/ strong ECs? I'm getting soo ridiculously attached to Oberlin, but I don't want to get my hopes up too high.</p>
<p>You said it best yourself - it all "depends." I guess just know that grades are an important part of the picture, but not the whole part. A well written essay, showing passion for extra curriculars, etc. can contribute to your case as well.</p>
<p>If you are as attached as you say, then that will be a much greater advantage than higher grades. Pretty sure that's how I got in.</p>
