Should I go to UC Irvine or CSULB? ( UCI preferred)

Hello evereyone, I am in a hard situation right now. I got accepted to UC Irvine and UC SD, I did not apply to CSULB. My major is computer science and I think UCI is better for computer science. If I do not go to UCI then I have to wait one more semester and then go to CSULB. I really like to go to UC Irvine but it is about 26 miles commute.
Any suggestion please?

I don’t think CSULB admits Spring applicants, so you’d have to wait a year.

Go to UCI - find a way to move near campus if you can.

UCSD has one of the best computer science programs in the US. It’s definitely more higher up than your other options. You should really consider SD unless there’s financial issues or such.

Thank you ADLAG , I really wanted to go to UCSD but my parents do not allow me to leave on campus. I heard that UCI is most ranked in computer science.
