Should I include learning German on my Common App?

In the past, I have learned French and Spanish online with Duolingo, Mango Languages, and other websites (not fluently, but well enough to be somewhat proficient; I know about 2000-3000 words in each and can hold conversations on a decent number of topics). Thereafter, my school allowed me to take the FLACS Checkpoint B exam in 8th grade so that I could take French 5 in 9th grade and then French 6 in 10th grade. I did the same thing for Spanish and took Spanish 5 last year (11th grade). I also learned German through Duolingo last year and I was planning to take German 5 at school this year. I took the German Checkpoint B exam in June and got a 98. However, due to a schedule change, I was no longer able to take the course, so I decided to take Spanish 6 instead. I spent a lot of time learning German last year; it probably adds up to about 100 hours in total, but I’m not sure if/where to include it on my Common App. Would it go under the Activities section? Should I include it at all? I would appreciate any advice.

Sure, I’d put in in activities.
