Should I just give up on ACT and study for SATs?

The highest score I received on the ACT was in October 2010. I got a 27. My score stayed the same for the June test. What always brings my composite down is my science score. If there was no science part, my composite would be fine. Should I just study for SATs now? I'm really desperate for help. I want to get a 32 on the ACT, but I feel like that is impossible for me. Since the SAT doesn't have science, do you think I'd do better on that? And also, give me some advice on how to study for the SAT anyway, please!

Thanks.

Hello??? Anyone?

It wouldn’t hurt to try the SAT to see how well you can score. Are you a rising senior?

No, rising junior.

The grass is always greener…

A 27 ACT will probably mean 1800 at best on the SAT. You’ve got to be realistic.
