My WGPA is a 3.77554 and UWGPA is 3.47554 with a class rank of 30 out 470 students.
On the common app is just asks for one GPA, either UW or W. Which GPA should I put down? On my transcript it does list both anyways so I don’t know if it matters.
Also, should I list my exact class rank or put down I am in the top 10%? I am assuming the former would be better right? It lists both on my transcript as well.

If you have exact, then list exact. Good luck.
Use whatever that shown on your transcript. You just need to check the box accordingly. Many schools would recalculate your GPA anyway.
OP said the transcript shows both, otherwise, you would be correct. Not that it’s really a big whoop one way or the other.
