<p>I am a high school student who goes to a small law-based prep school in. We have barely any clubs, just mock trial and a volunteer group. I would like to start a club but I have no idea what to start. What would be a good club that would be rewarding as well as looks good when applying for colleges?</p>
<p>Only start a club if you are passionate about it.</p>
<p>Don’t start a club that you think would “look good” to colleges. Start clubs that are of importance to you and actually means something to you. Right now, you have to start asking yourself, what is my passion? What can I hope to accomplish at this school that will actually make a difference? These are the things that will help you. Life is too short to be doing things only to “impress colleges.” Colleges want to see the kind of “person” YOU are, not anybody else YOU.</p>
