Brandeis has a much stronger academic reputation than Howard, and a full-ride at Brandeis is a terrific opportunity to get a great education and not incur $100K in debt. That $100K will “haunt” you for a long time and influence what you can and cannot do once you graduate. Is there a possibility that you could visit Brandeis?</p>
