<p>I have been selected for the Honors program. Tower III hosuing option is expenive. By far, that is most popular option. I would like to cook so kitchen is a must. I would like to live in a 2-BR or a single BR. Parking is a key thing. Which one is easier to park? Any ideas?</p>
<p>The Towers are expensive, but are nice. For apartments as a freshman, you can live in Lake Claire or in the Towers. The Towers have the option of reserved parking, your own specified spot but the permit for that is $400+. Lake Claire is a lot cheaper and the permits are less money. Its harder to get placed there because its a limited amount of housing and a lot of freshman want a single rooms. I believe Lake Claire is 4 bedrooms. Not sure about parking, but they have their own LC permit that only they can park in so commuters won’t take your spots. Freshman don’t typically live in the apartments at Nike/Hercules because of the lottery system</p>
