Should I put my percentile or number for class rank?

I am 86/395 (top 21%). Should I put 86/395 or top 25%?

Either way. The transcript will probably show both numbers.

I’d put the number. Saying 25% is selling yourself short because you’re higher than that.

On my transcript it lists both. However it doesn’t say top %, it says percentile like I am in the top 5% of my class but it doesn’t say that, instead it says percentile rank 95%.
