Should I retake? 33 and aiming for top schools.

As the title says, I got a 33 on the ACT and am wondering if I should retake if I’m aiming for top schools like MIT. My score breakdown is as follows:
Science - 36
English - 33
Reading - 31
Math - 31
Writing - 10/12

I was very happy with my score except for that math score, as I want to major in math or physics. However, I got 800 on math II and a 5 on calc BC and I have taken college level math classes. I am wondering, should I retake that to improve my math, or should I not worry about that since it is obvious my math skills are not a problem?

If you are trying to get into MIT, I would aim for a higher score than a 33.

Retest. There is no reason not to try especially since you may be able to bring up the math score.

Assuming it’s your first testing, yeah, go for it. Can’t hurt, especially since you have the obvious potential to raise your math score and thus your composite

I don’t see a reason to retake. You are already in the top 1% of all test takers. Your 800 on Math II and 5 in BC already shows your competence in math way more than a 36 in math ever could.

Colleges want to know that you are solid at math. Ur AP and SATII scores already showed that. If you are wondering if you want to retake JUST because of math, there’s no point of doing it. But raise the composite score, I mean, sure, who doesn’t want a 36?

There is no need to retake. Work on the other parts of your application.
