I took the AP US History exam last year. I got a 4. My college will take only a 5. I won’t take the class again. I’ll just self study it. I still have the numerous prep books and everything.<br>
If I score lower than a 4 though, will colleges count that instead of the 4? Couldn’t I just withdraw the lower score (if it’s lower), so they won’t see it??
The cost of the test isn’t an issue, neither is self-studying. I just don’t want to end up getting a crappy score and have colleges think lowly of me.</p>
They’d definitely think lowly of you. I advise against it.</p>
