Should I retake Bio?

I took Bio E as a Freshmen and got a 690. I don't know if I should retake this or not. Weird thing is I didn't think about it till I was rounding off all my AP prep books to sell on Half.com.

I want to study Engineering and I realise many schools don't consider Biology for their SAT II Requirement (just Chemistry and Physics for the Sciences).

I took a Pre-IB Class and got a B in it.

Should I just let this go and study more (or start studying) for Chemistry and Physics or study and retake Bio?

I don't know if I'll do better if I retake or not...

I'd focus on chemistry and physics for now (since those are probably more important). If you have nothing more productive to do with your time after that, then you might as well retake it.

Umm...where? I've never heard of such a thing.

Carnegie Mellon for one

Huh, well that's the only school that I've heard of such a thing. I know MIT and other engineering schools consider Bio.
