I just got my scores for the November SSATs. Overall I got in the 96th percentile, but I'm worried about my math score. I got 99th percentile for Reading, 97th percentile for Verbal, and 63rd percentile for math. Should I retake it to try scoring higher on math? If I retook it, could I choose which scores to send to schools if my second try ended up being lower?

My scores are kind of similar to yours and I have the same question! I got over all 94% (reading: 97%, verbal 94%, math: 82%)… I’m taking the SSAT again in December so I can try to raise my math score, and then I will choose which score I’m going to submit to the schools I’m applying, (yes you can choose the score you send after viewing it). I really think you should take it again, just in case.
