I know they’re not bad scores, but I’m applying to the honors programs at CUNYs and SUNYs 
Colleges don’t put much stock in Regents. Do well in your other exams-AP scores would certainly be taken more seriously than regents. With the introduction of CC Regents are a mess anyway. If you are worried, take a couple of SAT2s to offset your concerns. You have plenty of time.
In my school you aren’t aloud to retake a regents unless you got less than a 75 on it, but take other test like AP, SAT subject and CLEP take it pertaining to your major
