should i retake SAT or ACT?

My June SAT score was a 2040 (700 W) (680 M) (660 CR) and my June ACT score was 31
I have two subject tests:
World History (720)
U.S. History (720)
I know its bad that they're both history (and the same exact score) but I really don't see myself doing well on any other ones especially because i want to major in history...but i also know a lot of colleges ask for different ones.
I don't know if i should just ignore the SAT I/SAT II all together and only send my ACT, and if so should i retake the ACT? because i got a 35 on english which i'm happy about i'm just afraid it'll look bad if i don't duplicate it
The other option would be to find another subject test to take and prepare over the summer

I thought that colleges only see the ACT composite score, so you don’t need to be worried about duplicating that 35. I could be wrong.

Yeah, as long as you score within a 33-36 range in English again, it really isn’t much of a deal at all.
