Should I retake SAT or start ACT

<p>Thinking of transferring out to University of Pennsylvania. However, I feel that my SAT scores will not make me into a more competitive applicant. I already took it 3 times.</p>

<p>I never took the ACT. Should I take the ACT and get a high score?</p>

<p>What was your SAT Score? if it was something like 2150 or above,I’d say they’re perfectly fine.</p>
