Should I Retake The ACT?

<p>I took the ACT plus writing last year and got</p>

<p>Composite: 29
English: 32
Reading: 31
Science: 26
Mathematics: 27
Combined English/Writing: 27
(Writing {score range 2 to 12}): 06</p>

<p>For all the colleges that I'm applying to(BU, Northeastern, UMASS-Amherst, and BC) a 29 composite is just fine. But what I'm concerned about is that my writing score is so low(6/12) but my SAT score was really high though (2060) so I think I'm good right?</p>

<p>I am also applying to BU NEU, but I am not required to send my SAT score (1810). For your sake I would either just send your SAT score, as it higher than your ACT score, or just attempt the ACT again. But for the school you mentioned, I would say that you are good for the schools that you mentioned.</p>
