I have taken the following SAT II Subject Tests:
Math 2c: 680
World History: 650

Yale does not require subject tests if you take the ACT w/writing.

Should I send in my scores or not because they are not over 700?

ACT: 31
UW GPA: 3.99
Great Recs, Leadership, Extra-curriculars
Good Essays
Questbridge Finalist

If you send in Sat II scores, you have to send in all of your SAT scores, including SAT I scores. In addition, your two scores can be considered very low to get into Yale with anyways, especially the Math 2. I suggest not sending them. Hm…your ACT seems to be on the lower 25th quartile. Looking at these few stats here, I think your chances are not that great, unless you show you stand out in some special way.

Communist, you are incorrect. A 31 is in the low mid-50% of the students at Yale. Check college board-

The range that CollegeBoard posts is basically the 25%-75%.
They have a range of 30-34, which means a 31 is closer to the 25th percentile. The OP certainly has a chance, but accepted applicants with a low 30 or below must have something to make up for it.
