Should I send in supplemental paper?

Hi, so I am currently applying to Harvard under SCEA and I was wondering whether I should send in a supplemental history paper I wrote. My paper was accepted for publication in a historical journal, however it will not be published until early December when the next issue comes out, which I am concerned might be too late to make it to the admissions office for consideration/review. I listed that it was accepted for publication and will be published in December in my common app, but was wondering whether you think I should upload my paper as a supplement since Harvard might want some tangible confirmation to evaluate the paper, or whether just listing it in my application and sending it in in December would be enough? Thanks for you responses.

Also as a small side not I was wondering about applicant status portal it still says “awaiting” for my school transcript and report. My school said they sent it in and its probably just that Harvard hasn’t added it to a file yet, but its been two weeks now and it seems like I would expect them to have at least checked it for an initial review? Anyone have any insight on this and whether I should look into it?

No, you should NOT submit the paper, as Admissions will not have the time to read it. You could submit an Abstract https://aresty.rutgers.edu/sites/default/files/pdf/aresty/abstract.pdf

With regards to your transcript, your GC is probably correct, but I would call Harvard Admissions and ask them to make sure that they have your transcript.
