Should I send in the decline of offers?

So I really did not know that we were supposed to send back information to colleges that we have turned down until today when my friend was talking about it. I know I probably could have inferred from a lot of information in the packets colleges sent me, but a lot of the info are a little ambiguous (i.e. some only ask for the intention to enroll if you are planning on enrolling--or at least that's the way some of the colleges put it). Should I still send in the decline things now? Many of the online portals have already closed, so I guess I can't do those anymore, but for the paper ones? I would have sent them in just to not appear rude, but then I was afraid they might just get annoyed with me. Thanks in advance for your advice!

Yes, send them in so the colleges know whether to go to their waiting list. Better late than never.

Should I not worry about the online ones? Or should I send them a letter/e-mail? Thanks!

Send them all e-mails to the admissions office making sure you include your complete name, high school and the fact that you were a freshman admit.

Thank you!
