Should I send my corrected essay?

Hey everyone! So, I read my 500 word essay 2 times and had another person read it, but two minor mistakes went unnoticed -.-…and of course I noticed it after I submitted it! I said “means to shy” instead of “means shy” and had “capable __” instead of "capable of "
My question is should I email admissions with my corrected version? My dad thinks I shouldn’t point it out to them, but I think that it shouldn’t hurt to point it out. Opinions?

PS-Sorry if this has already been asked before!

No, it’s not worth it.

Listen to your father, as he’s correct.

No matter how many times you (or someone else) reads your essay, there will be small errors – a misplaced comma, a forgotten word, etc. Look through any newspaper or magazine and you’ll find the same thing. Those are not things a student should update an Admissions Office about. You just have to let it go.

You’ll be okay. A couple of typos will not be the deciding factor - one way or another.
