I want to apply early decision to Wake Forest this year. It is a bit of a reach for me, but that’s why I want to apply ED, especially because they have rolling admissions. My GPA is a 3.7 out of 4.0 unweighted, 104 out of 100 weighted (not sure what that is on a 4.0 scale), I have a moderate amount of extracurriculars. My main focus has been on my competing as a competitive equestrian all throughout high school, as well as volunteering at a local animal shelter, so I was more involved outside of school I guess. I received a 2070 on my SAT the first time I took them, I got a 690 in all 3 areas: Critical Reading, Writing, and Math. The second time I took them I got 670’s in all 3. I was wondering if sending in the 2070 would help or hurt me? I’m not the strongest candidate already, so I was just wondering.
