Should I send scores as a sophomore?

Took Math and Chem, got 800s, last year I got 790 math, 800 Physics so I didn’t want to send them.
Are you supposed to send scores as a sophomore, or is it only for seniors?
What does it mean if I send them, do they actually keep track of this stuff?
(I’d like to go to Berkeley)
