Should I stay at SFSU or transfer to University of Nevada or Arizona for Med/Grad?

I'm a sophomore, microbio major trying to get into med school or physical therapy school and I need to know which schools are best for that major?
I currently have a 3.6 GPA and I'm trying really hard to get it higher...The only thing is that I'm worried that my SFSU degree wont look as great as an UNR of UofA degree for Med or Grad school.

What do you guys think? And what other things would make me look competitive for Med or Grad school?

Should I stay at SF state or go to UNR or UofA.

I think you should apply to both and see which university you can get into.
It also is a good idea to think if you can handle the heat and chance of snow in Nevada and the heat in Arizona. I would look into Univ of Nevada and see if you can visit the campus and have a tour. SFSU, is a good university from Cali plus you have an interesting major. I’m sure that the Univ of Nevada would be interested in someone who is from that university. Just take your time, and good-luck! :)

Thanks for replying to my post. :)

I actually got into both schools. I just need to figure out if its worth the out of state tuition for a year.
I wrote down pros and cons, but I need assurance x)
