Should I submit a portfolio?

Hi! I'm looking to submit a portfolio of art pieces in order to maybe differentiate myself from other students applying to USC in two months.

I'm mainly looking into business though, and the Marshall School of Business does seem quite excellent (especially their accounting undergrad). I tried searching but I'm not sure if they accept portfolios or not. Would it help my chances of getting in? Am I allowed to submit an art portfolio even when I'm attempting to go in as an Accounting / Econ major?

Thanks for all input!

I think the only majors that require a portfolio may be if you’re applying into some sort of arts/design, or cinema program?

The way you differentiate yourself is through your personal essays, extra curriculars, etc.

Kulakai – Thanks so much! I’ll work super hard on my essays then.
