Harvard allows the submission of Additional Academic Material to the application and I have a research paper that I want to submit to my application. It's about 16 pages. Would Harvard prefer to see the abstract or the entire paper with all my work? Is there a suggested page limit for the abstract? Thanks!!

You should submit just the abstract. If Admissions wants to read the entire research paper, they will contact you and ask for it. Most abstracts – at least the ones that appear in medical journals – are no longer than a page; many are about three paragraphs long, taking up one-half a page. I hate to rely on wikipedia, but . . . <a href=“Abstract (summary) - Wikipedia”>http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abstract_(summary)
