Should I take a third SAT Subject test?

I've taken both the SAT and the ACT with writing, as well as two subject tests. I feel like I should take a third in Physics, but I kind of have a love-hate relationship with physics, where sometimes I'll like it and other times it will frustrate me.

Would a third SAT Subject test be beneficial? I've done well on my other standardized exams so I'm not sure if a third would really make a huge difference (since some colleges take the ACT w/writing in lieu of Subject tests anyway)...but I feel like it wouldn't hurt, you know?

Before you say I should take a different subject test - one that I like more, I will add that I struggled with physics junior year, so a big part of me also wants to validate myself and get an 800, lol. ;) However, my other SAT subjects ARE in math/science already, so I'm wondering if it'd be better to take a third in humanities, if I take it at all.

So in simple terms, the two questions I'm asking are: Would it help to take a third Subject test when I've already got the ACT w/writing as well as the SAT + 2 Subjects? If I do take a third, would it be better to take it in physics or a humanities subject?

if you want to get a competitive edge on Ivy admissions, then yes, but take one in which you will score 750+

i heard from a friend of my moms who used to work in penn admissions that an 800 on the physics subject test is very beneficial for engineering

I’m not sure if I want to go into engineering, but would like to study chem or bio, with business and history in college. xD

if you are confident that you could get 770+, go for it. keep in mind that physics has a generous curve.
