Should I take a third year of Japanee if I'm bilingual? (4 vs 5 AP classes)

So tomorrow I'm meeting up with my counselor to change a few things in the schedule of classes I've signed up for next year. Right now my senior year schedule is gonna look like this (after I change Business I to AP Bio):

AP Calculus
AP English Literature and Composition
AP US Government and Politics
AP Biology
AP World History
Leadership

Now here's two things I can do with the pros and cons of doing each:

1) I could drop Leadership for Japanese III. Problem is that Japanese II is already very hard for me because of my teacher so it would basically be like a 6th AP class to me. And I need Leadership because my ECs are desperately lacking Leaderships positions and I think it would be a very fun class for me :)
2) I could drop AP World History for Japanese III. Problem here is that that I think History is an easy subject for me and so I'd be dropping the easiest of my AP Classes, then again, I am not sure whether I want to take 5 AP Tests next year...

Now here's also a thing to take in consideration.
I have lived most of my life abroad and I am bilingual (Latvian is my primary language, English is my second). So would perhaps colleges take that into consideration when looking at my only 2 years of language? I also know German and some Russian from my school days in Latvia (up to 9th grade I studied there)

Any advice is appreciated,
Thanks!

P.S. Main reason I don't want to take Japanese is because of the teacher.. we have no way of predicting what's gonna be on the tests, its usually stuff he hasnt taught us and almost all of the kids who otherwise have straight As are not taking Japaneses III because of him

sorry about the typo in the topic. my ‘s’ key hasn’t been working properly lately :/

nvm! I was about to say, “what is this ‘Japanee’ you speak of?” :)

Any advice at all?

It depends where you apply to college, but most will take into account that you already speak two languages fluently and have experience with an additional three. Latvian may be tricky, but you can probably demonstrate your abilities in Russian and German by taking SAT II tests.

Try calling a few colleges that say they require three or more years of foreign language and ask them if they’ll count the Latvian (or the Russian or the German).

k thanks!

I’ll probably have to end up taking the Japanese III just to be on the safe side even though I realllly don’t want to because of the teacher. Oh well (:
